Specializing in full lifecycle support (design-build-operate) from contract negotiations to operational stand up, she has overseen portfolios including more than $5B in assets under management. Trained in Environmental Engineering and Business, with a background in Biochemistry, she brings over 14 years of experience in the compliance and government contracting sectors, to include an extensive knowledge in cybersecurity, CMMC and CMMS requirements for infrastructure and data protection. An accomplished actor, attorney and entrepreneur, Josh has a lifetime of experience at the intersection of creativity and commerce. As an actor, Josh brought dozens of characters to life, including the iconic best friend in an international, multi-award winning tv show. As an M&A and intellectual property transaction attorney, Josh spent 15+ years structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions and developing and deploying intellectual property for both human creatives and brands utilizing the intellectual property of a human being. He became a go-to expert on "where the human ends and where the brand begins" and was actively involved in the birth of the Creator Economy in the beauty and wellness industries as early adopters of creator-based marketing. As an entrepreneur, Josh cofounded a creativity consulting and advisory firm and has empowered hundreds of individual creatives with the tools and strategies to make an impact on culture, to achieve financial freedom, and to live a fulfilling life of creativity.
